Entering the Apartment
After entering you will find your apartment door with a code lock. Enter the provided code and rotate the lock handle clockwise to open the door.
Kitchen
When cooking, please ensure that you switch on the cooker hood extractor fan to full power, as the smoke/carbon monoxide alarm is very sensitive and may be triggered by cooking steam.
We appreciate you keeping the kitchen space clean during your stay by washing your own dishes and utensils.
If the bins become full before the scheduled weekly cleaning, please empty them into the dedicated external refuse area.

Induction Hob
Turn on the hob on the wall (big red switch). Place your cookware on the hob and press the ‘+’ on the relevant cooking zone to begin cooking. The hob will detect the pan and heat it up quickly. You may hear a faint buzzing or humming sound, which is completely normal.
Begin cooking. You're now ready to start cooking! When using an induction hob, it’s best to start with a lower temperature and gradually increase it as needed. Induction hobs heat quickly, so you'll be able to achieve precise temperature control in no time. If you need to adjust the temperature while cooking, you can do so by pressing the plus or minus buttons.
Turn off the hob. When you're finished cooking, simply turn off the hob by pressing the power button. To turn off individual cooking zones, touch the ‘-’ symbol and drop the temperature value to ‘0’. The hob will stop heating the pan immediately but remember that the cookware may still be hot, ‘H’ symbol will appear on the cooking zones after use to indicate that the area is still hot.

Heating
Heating is provided by electric radiators in each room.
To control the temperature, please use the touch buttons located directly on each radiator to switch them on or off and adjust settings.

Bins: Bins are located under the sink. Please use the small bin for food waste and the larger bin for recycling. Remember that glass bottles should be separated from the other waste. If any bin becomes full before the scheduled weekly cleaning, please empty it into the dedicated external refuse area.
Clothing Drying: In the three-bedroom accommodation, clothing may be dried either outside on the clothesline under the canopy or inside the bathroom on the dedicated drying rack. In the one-bedroom accommodation, clothes drying is permitted only in the bathroom on the provided rack.
Toilet Usage: Toilet paper and showering essentials are provided. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper (e.g., wipes, feminine products) as this may block the sewage pipes. Any resulting plumber call-out fees will be charged to the guest.
Electricity: Electricity and heat are not included in the rental price.
You will use a top-up, prepay coin meter for electricity, operating on a pay-as-you-use basis.
The current charges are:
Unit Rate: €0.31 per kWh

The coin meter is located on the entrance wall of the apartment. You are responsible for topping up the meter as required throughout your stay.

Pets: We regret that pets are not allowed either inside or outside the property due to allergies of some of our guests. We appreciate your understanding.
Noise: We have wonderful neighbors and wish to maintain a good relationship with them. Therefore, please respect quiet hours from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
