What is a serviced apartment?

A serviced apartment is a fully furnished accommodation combining the convenience of a hotel with the comfort of a home. It includes amenities like a kitchen or kitchenette, living area, storage, Wi-Fi, and cleaning services, making it ideal for both short- and long-term stays.

Can I apply ARP or HAP payments while staying?

The minimum stay is 4 weeks (28 days), and the maximum stay is 6 months. Arrangements for longer stays can be made for corporate bookings or special guest requests, but these must be agreed upon in advance and are subject to availability, as the property may already be booked by another guest or reserved for scheduled annual maintenance.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are accepted by cash, debit card, credit card, or IBAN transfer. Payment is required in full upfront, and no deposit is necessary.

We are unable to accept ARP or HAP payments. These programs are designed for rentals with private landlords, and our serviced accommodation is offered on a temporary basis for short or extended stays, so it does not meet the eligibility criteria.

Are children allowed to stay in the accommodation?

Our serviced accommodation is designed for adults and older guests. Therefore for safety and insurance reasons, we can only accommodate guests aged 16 years and over.

We don’t have a mailbox service available for our guests. However, you can use the An Post Address Point service free of charge to receive letters, which can be collected just across the road at the nearby post office.

Your stay includes :

Weekly cleaning, fresh bed linens, bins and Wi-Fi.

Heating and electricity are NOT included and are supplied via a pay-as-you-go top-up meter, so you only pay for what you use.

Guests are kindly asked to wash their own dishes during their stay.
